I have had the pleasure of meeting both Gordon and Scott to help solve a thermostat issue. Every visit I have had for my new home has been out this world great customer service and professionalism. They refused to do work that was clearly covered under warranty. The woman on the phone then proceeded to hangup during our conversation. Tried to pawn off the work to another HVAC company instead of fixing their own work.
Super upset with this company and the way they do business. We purchased a new build in March 2023 and the unit compressor stopped working in July 2023. They did fix the issue because it was almost 100 degrees in our home and I was applying pressure because I have 6 kids and it was a brand new home. Fast forward to 5/29 our unit stopped working again and they sent someone out because again it’s extremely hot and it was almost 90 degrees in our home.
