Needed a new HVAC unit after ours broke and Custom Air was very straight forward and honest with me. The two other companies I called tried taking advantage of me by overpricing the units and then claim to give me a "discount" if I bought from them on the spot which I refused. Custom Air laid it out straight and clear and didn't try to do any shady scammy "oh let me talk to my manager to get a discount." They were upfront and honest and I appreciate that a lot.
