I have always experienced great service. Technicians are punctual, polite and helpful. Their expertise has kept our older AC unit running smoothly without costly repairs.

I have been a customer for 20 years, with a bi annual maintenance service contract for AC and heat, as well as changing filters and checking equipment every three months. I recently woke up to a warm house, no air conditioning, no fan. Forecast for 106 degrees! I called early and had my regular service repairman, Ricky out here before noon. We just purchased a new unit from Wally Falke's Heating and Air and couldn't be more pleased. We had questions with our controls for the unit and instead of trying to solve the problem on the phone, they sent a tech out to the house!!!! Not only do they have awesome service but the installers guys were great as well as the office staff! Very professional !!! Thank you so much !!!! We have been with Wally Falke for years. Their annual service calls for both our AC and heating have been excellent but what has been the best part of their service contracts has been their emergency service: furnace repair on a freezing January morning, a wkend no less; a Sunday afternoon call on a 100 degree summer day when the AC stops. What a great company!!!! We had a major problem last summer with our AC compressor and they fixed it in a timely, friendly manor. As long term clients, they carried the cost for us with low monthly payment and very little interest. I highly recommend this locally owned company!!!
