everyone was great. we had a appointment yesterday afternoon, and we decided to replace everything for something bigger and efficient. they showed up and brought us a portable a/c by 5 . and they showed up first thing this morning, and replaced everything , by 3 the whole house was comfortable . thanks everyone.

Kevin and troy did a great job getting my ac installed very friendly and professional except they didn't light my hot water heater (inside joke ) with Kevin I have an electric water heater so no pilot light

Hot, hot, hot out and Kevin and Troy were up on the roof putting in a new air and heat unit today, one of the hottest days of 2017. The A/C went out and we expected a long wait, especially with this heat wave. We were pleased that it took less than a week from the initial "help" call to getting the unit on the roof. Kevin and Troy did a fantastic job. They explained the workings of the unit and answered all of our questions. Three units from different business since 1989; the first two couldn't deliver what they promised and never challenged the outcome to improve their ability. Wally Falke's representative new what the problem was as soon as he inspected our system. We decided a third try couldn't make things any worse, so we went with it. How happy we are that we did; cooling & heating distributes to each room more efficiently making our home a lot more comfortable summer or winter... Gene Bond

I highly recommend Wally Falke for service/maintenance of any A/C heating unit. Their staff are professional and explain (in terms that I understand) the condition of my unit, potential problems that may occur (because of the age of my unit). I recommend signing up for their bi-annual maintenance plan. It feels good to know that my A/C unit is in good condition its like going to the doctor and being told that you are in good health.

Air conditioner stopped working. I called late Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. Jaime T. was here promptly when promised and fixed my problem in no time. Great service. Will be their customer in the future. Thanks Jaime.
