ROUGH & UNKIND GROOMING This was our first visit and will be our LAST! My dog has been groomed a number of times over the years and I have never seen anything like this. He came back with 10 complete bald spots.... down to the skin..... which is red and irritated. He is limping and shaking and I am so angry that they obviously treated him so roughly! great service over the holiday my brand new puppy got into some sand and got the worst case of sand fleas i have ever seen i tried every over the counter flea treatment i could and nothing would work. so i went out on a limb and took her to custer mcdermott animal hospitall and within 30mins they gave her something to kill the fleas they were just falling off of her i took her home and gave her a bath and she is a happy camper again.
Wonderful! Wouldn't go anywhere else! I took my dogs here for annual checkups and vaccinations and everyone there is super friendly and very nice. The doctor was wonderful - answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I plan to continue taking my dogs there even though we are moving a bit farther away and it might be a little inconvenient. The service is worth it!
