The best groomer ever! I have been a customer for almost 11 years now, with lots of cats and rescued dogs, and there is no other place I would trust my 'children' to! Everyone at this clinic is superb and caring; they really love animals! They are the best, specially Connie Eppley, the groomer, who reminds me of the dog whisperer (Cesar Millan) because she has a way with animals that I have only seen on his show! Excellent Vet Care I have had many dogs and have utilized many vets, but the care we received in the past 7 years at Custer McDermott were by far the most beneficial, pleasant, and most remembered. Dr. Cinclair and the entire staff want to do the best for the animals they take care of and that shows in their approach to both the animals and their owners. I felt like family at this practice and know my dog would have the best possible care from any vet that was seen.
Like family EVERYONE at Custer McDermott Animal Hospital treats our dogs like their own. We have had four dogs (two currently) that are patients of the vets and clients of the groomers and every one of our four legged "children" has been excited about going to the facility and have even been known on occasion to want to stay there rather than come home. We trust them implicitly from the front office staff to vet to tech to groomer to care for and take care of our dogs. They are professional and excellent at their jobs!
Very satisfied client I moved to Allen 4 years ago and started taking my dogs to another clinic as it was a convenient location. When I bought my house I asked the sellers for a referral for a groomer. They highly recommended Connie Eppley.
