Did not enjoy The apartment became very hot in the summer due to only having one AC unit in the main living room, so master/guest bedroom doesn't get any are. A credit is that the place is well maintained however the landlord is NOT easy to deal with.

Okay at best Apartments don't have any air units besides the one in the living room, so in the summer it gets very hot. Landlord is also extremely hard to deal. Would not recommend..

Poor Experience The apartment was always hot, there is only one small AC unit in the living room and the rest is humid for Michigan summers and spring season. My window would also not open during the entirety of my stay. When I requested it to be fixed by management it never was. Management also somewhat hard to work with, other then that I didn't mind living here but wouldn't recommend.

Pros: cheaper 2 bedroom apartments that are pretty decent size . Nice carpet, huge closets! Also this apartment is pet friendly! Just cost a huge pet deposit and monthly pet rent. *Cons: broken washer and dryer, the clothes don't get washed properly and the dryer doesn't fully dry the clothes. It cost 1.75 for each wash and then the same to dry too so it's WAY over priced, especially since they don't work! When you complain to management nothing gets fixed either. Okay apartments The apartments are a decent size for the price. The two bedroom is significantly bigger than most others around Monroe (especially the main bedroom, bathroom, and living room), but is either about the same price or only a little more. The area is decent, with the mall and Walmart so close. But honestly, other than that, I can't say much else good about them. The women that work in the office aren't too great. Where We Started Are Family This is a perfect place to build a growing family. This neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, I have never had any problems with noise, especially with a newborn that's a very key thing. The staff here are always so kind and always very helpful with anything we needed; anytime any thing has gone wrong with our appliances the staff would send someone the next day to fix it.
