Met with Barry Cusson after a knee replacement surgery. He was very thorough about what to expect about moving forward with my recovery. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure I was comfortable with the answers.
Barry waited for me when I was delayed by a traffic incident. He listened to my concerns, explained what came next, and provided encouragement. Then he accompanied me to the waiting area where he showed my son the model of my hip replacement and explained the procedure to him. My son and I greatly appreciated the time he spent with us.
