Barry waited for me when I was delayed by a traffic incident. He listened to my concerns, explained what came next, and provided encouragement. Then he accompanied me to the waiting area where he showed my son the model of my hip replacement and explained the procedure to him. My son and I greatly appreciated the time he spent with us.
Expert at what he does. Very knowledgeable and right to the point.
Barry was very informative about my procedure. He assured me that I was on track with my recovery and that my aches and pains were normal at this stage of my recovery.
