Yes I am a former resident of the Monte Vista Apartments on Scholls Ferry Road and they are absolutely horrible their the management is Prejudice and very biased and very rude and I would not recommend anyone living there I just live there for a year and Not only was I forced by them to move yes forced to move and they took all of my security deposit the apartment was cleaned they tried to charge me over $6,000 in renovations for the apartment because it needed to be updated which was not okay I had a neighbor that live ther... read more
As many other people have reported here, Cushwake has failed to return my security deposit or has sent me any information as to why my deposit is being kept. It is now past the 31 days required by Oregon law. When I went to check with on-site office staff (as my calls remained unanswered), they had sold the building and had no record of us. The issues working with them for the last 5 years has been awful and this was the final nail in the coffin. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Straight up scammers, they lie and steal money from their tentants. Lived at bridge creek apts and moved out and some how owed 900$ in fees. Tell me how that is possible when I cleaned the apt top to bottom and left it in better shape then I moved in! Apartments even had tons of mold but they don’t care. This company should be shut down immediately. If I even get a bill in the mail saying I owe more I will take you guys to court and take you down!!
Slumlords. Masters of neglect and manipulation. Not a single cell of integrity. This company should just stop existing before they accrue any additional bad karma.
This company does not even deserve a star but its the lowest I'm allowed to choose. They gave all my personal information to an Ex and now she is tormenting me at my home. I asked to have a clean break from my lease due to them telling this woman where I live and they told me that there is nothing they can do even though they broke the fair housing laws and they still don't want to make things right.
