Terrible management and terrible company overall. I leased clients back in AUGUST OF 2024 and have still yet to receive any type of compensation from this company. Their superpower includes ruining properties then switching to the next place so they can run from the disaster they’ve caused. If you’re ever moving or consider moving to a cushwake managed property, DON’T.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do NOT rent from this company. This is the worst rental company in all of DFW!!!! They never answer the phone. They hardly ever complete work orders. I’ve been trying to get some stuff at my house fixed for over a year now!!!! They do shady stuff like take my electricity out of my name and put it in to their name and don’t show you the ledger and they do this without warning or even a notice saying they’re doing it. WORST management company I have ever dealt with. I have been calling them for 30 days and not had one person call me back, I have gotten one person to email me back. They have mold all throughout one of their properties, Ross & Peak and it has been 30 days since I reported mold and they have had the results since October 8th and are withholding them from us.
