Their staff at the grayson on 4th has been the worst. Completely ignored all my emails about the wrongful towing as well as wont even answer if my primary vehicle is registered and safe from towing. THE WORST PART, when I left a Google review about my treatment I had 2 management staff from here try to bury my review with their own. Don’t live in any of their apartments. They do not take care of their residents and this place should be shut down. Gross.
Shameful treatment of displaced families. Cushman & Wakefield has shown a complete lack of empathy, accountability, and transparency in the aftermath of the Cooper Street apartment fire. Hundreds of tenants including families with children, seniors, and people with disabilities lost everything and have been left without answers, access to their belongings, or meaningful support.
