This is the most unprofessional property management I've ever rented from. I'm renting from the Willow Springs property in Texas and the lack of communication and effort is astounding. These people only care about the money and don't see their tenants as people. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can take my hard-earned money somewhere else.
This agency became the property management service in my area. While under their agency, this community has suffered from increasingly high crime-related events such as shootings, car theft, and other health and hazardous issues within their homes, including leaks, plumbing issues, and black mold. While those issues are dealt with daily, on top of this, our safety for ourselves and families are at risk. This property management agency has not supported or assisted in any ways to help be of impactful use to this community.
I currently live at Haverly at Stone Mountain. Since living here it’s been nothing but problem after problem. They are constantly getting new managers and they are never able to solve residential questions or problems. The current assistant manager Elle Patterson is constantly arguing with residents as well as being disrespectful to the General Manager. I’ve been trying to reach this company for the past 20 days and I havent heard ANYTHING via email or via phone. They do not care about anybody’s safety or concerns, All they care about is collecting rent and unnecessary fees..
