The location is off the beaten path, but it's close to my home so it's handy. The door I need to go in (southwest corner) rarely works without a struggle but my emails to the managers didn't make a difference. About half the time I have to walk to the north west door which works every time to get in. Rent has gone up a few times but the property looks exactly the same with no visible upgrades.
