Lived here for 15 years and this complex has been going down hill little by little. For last 5 years there has been constant marijuana use in these apartments. The smell comes in the A/C vents, crack of the front door and any other means it seeps into our apartment. Don't move unless you need to get high. Also there's always trash on the breezeways and the parking lots. A lot of people who DON'T respect others.
Do not move here if you have any aversions to marijuana smoke. There is rampant marijuana use among the residents here. The odor is very noticeable and pervasive in the air and you will eventually have a problem to deal with inside your own unit due to neighbors' habitual smoking. The smoke travels through the air vents and lands in your closets, bedrooms and even into your clothes dryers with your freshly laundered items. Loving the place so far! Jenny (the manager) is absolutely amazing to work with and helped us with everything we needed. Place is extremely clean and everything looks brand new. She made the process so easy and is great at what she does! She is very kind and caring. The apartments are in a nice area with so much to do around the area. Glad we decided on Cushendall Commons!
Peaceful and well maintained community. The apartments are clean, roomy, and feel very welcoming. The manager, Jenny, was amazing, friendly, and made the whole move-in process quick and easy. She answered all my questions and helped me get settled in very quickly. It was a great experience.
A great, clean and well-managed apartment complex. Ms. Jenny, is very accommodating all throughout the time, with an all smile service, to let us feel welcome in the community. Our unit looks new, clean and smells fresh. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming, peaceful and well-managed place.
