I payed Dr. Cusack $825 to close a small gap between my two front teeth. I had been to other orthodontist in the area and teh only reason i chose him was because he said he could close it in 2 months. 8 months later i finally got it closed to my satisfaction, he then put a cemented a bar behind my teeth to keep it closed. I have a had full braces for rhe last 6 mo ths and I love this office! Dr. Cusack is so easy going and friendly and all of his staff are incredibly accomodating. My insuramce covered almost all of my treatment but the staff took care of all of that so I didnt have to worry about a thing. One instance I was going to a family event and need different colored bands, they got me in right away and even checked on my next visit how my event went.
