Curves is truly a great place to come and work out. Pleasant atmosphere and encouragement.
It's a good way to exercise and it only takes 30 minutes out of your day.

Pleasant atomoshere, pleasant personnel, great workouts that go quickly. I just plain feel better when I get my three times a week in. Love the new location.
Great place to work out. Really enjoy the new location. I like the variety of workout options that can be done in conjunction with the machines. Have met a lot of new friends during my workouts. I look forward to going there as often as I can (at least 3x a week for sure). Have noticed an increase in strength, flexibility, balance, with the added benefit of loosing a few pounds.
