working out is a part of being healthy Curves is a great Atmosphere very friendly people it's like a family community type thing we even have Zumba dance classes that I love it's full body workouts I would recommend Curves to anyone

I have been working out at Curves over 14 years and absolutely love this 30 minute workout that includes warmup, strength training, cardio, cool down and stretching. I am more fit in my mid 40's than I was in my mid 20's and I owe it all to Curves. This is the best workout ever and you start seeing results in the first few weeks. I have met so many wonderful ladies and cherish the friendships I have made at Curves.
