When I get down and need a pick me up I head to Curves You don't have to worry about what to do when you use your smart tag. The tag and the circuit coach keep you going. In 30 min. I have a full body work out and I'm ready for the day
My favorite place to work out. I love the new classes and love that I can get an amazing workout in 30 minutes. I just did two weeks of Jenny Craig food and was thrilled with how tasty the food was and with my results!
