I have been a member for at least 10 years. I find the exercises very helpful and, most of all, I greatly appreciate the atmosphere that Julie creates! She knows most of "her ladies" along with all of their troubles and joys and is always there to help us with advice regarding the exercises - and regarding life! Many thanks, dear Julie! It is a great place for exercise and cardio. Helpful employees and owner. A great place to go to work out and a great place to meet other women.

I go to help my body get less flabby and to relieve my arthritis. It also helps my mood. Julie is great! Hells us all feel important and good about ourselves.
Great supportive staff. Efficient 30 minute workout in a friendly atmosphere. I love the combination of strength training and cardio in one workout. Excellent healthy eating guidance if you need that as well.
