Emily understood exactly what I wanted. It had been years since I’ve had my hair professionally done and I could t be happier. Thank you Emily for being patient and listening to me describe my vision. The entire shop is comfortable and the people that work there are amazing.
their online booking NEVER works. they should rlly get someone to fix it because i don’t want to book an appt over phone!!!!
Edit: the salon went out of their way to make things right, and that goes a long way toward instilling the confidence that, if something does go wrong, they'll help fix things. Sent my 19 year old here to get a long layerd cut yesterday. She has thick, straight, healthy hair. It hould have been a simple haircut for any stylist! Whoever cut her hair left her with uneven, choppy layers, but styled her hair so it was hard to tell just how horrible the cut was!
