Life had caused me to wait a long time to get my dental work done. I am so glad to experience the excellent service at Dental Depot and I had multiple types of procedures. Wonderful caring and attentive staff with attention to detail down to bringing me a blanket . Dr. Parks and his staff explained all treatment planned, done and needed including printed referrals for additional work. Wonderful and Great Pricing !
I have never been to a dentist with a better atmosphere, perfect for kids and adults. Every person there is so kind. They do root canals in office so no need for being sent to a specialist which saves $$$. The whole staff is just wonderful. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They send email reminders which is awesome with a smart phone that notifies you when you get it. Super flexible, especially for emergencies.
Big thanks to the assistants that made my son's experence at the dentist a good one! For the first time EVER, he let the assistants and Doctor inside his mouth. He was laughing and giggling the whole time, which made me feel better.
All the staff are great. They make sure you are taken care from discussing a plan that can work with your budget and insurance, with no surprises. The facility is calming with their nostalgic train décor and first class care; I always opt for a blanket and neck roll. Dr. Parks knows how to make sure your teeth are adjusted to give you the best bite and listens to your concerns. He often sings along to the music while he works. All of the staff was so friendly and acted like they really liked being there! Dr. Parks spent lots of time showing me my X-ray and explaining what's wrong with the tooth and gave me several options! He was very professional! I would recommend this Dental Depot office to anyone looking for a fun dental office of happy people!
I absolutely Love coming here! They are very good with children and the trains keep my children patiently waiting and quiet in the chair. The staff is professional and friendly. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else ever. They dont make you wait for appointments and they're open Saturdays!
With this being my first time there, I was very impressed with the quality of service and the quality of the facility . The complete staff was very courteous and friendly and knew their business. I really enjoyed my visit there, and will continue to do my business there for my entire family, I want to thank everyone there it was a very enjoyable time, and your professionalism really showed. This was my first visit. I was very happy with the personnel and the doctor that helped me. My wife and I have been going to another dentist for a long time. This this dentist is much closer to our home. I am glad I made the change. My wife will now also be going here.
