I walked into Dental Depot without an appointment on a Saturday. I was treated almost immediately and was very pleased with the service and professionalism. On my follow up visit a couple weeks later, i was again surprised when my wait in the waiting room was almost nothing. Exactly when my appointment was scheduled, i was called and in the chair. Today I went to the Dental Depot on 71st and Aspen. This was the first time I had visited a dentist office in at least five years. I was more than just a little nervous at first, mainly because I had been having some issues with my teeth, so I was expecting a bad report. Both the technician and Doctor were amazing, and they quickly set my mind at ease. This was, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had, and I have no fear about the two cavities I will be having filled in.
From what I can remember..lol..The staff was awesome to begin with. They were able to fit me in directly after my ER visit. Dr. Parks came in more concerned about my horrible face plant to the ground then just making a paycheck. The price of my visit was very reasonable compared to most, and they quickly worked a a payment plan. Like I said , Dr Parks was awesome he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained in detail. The whole TEAM was AWESOME. They made me feel relaxed and as if I was valued as a friend not another $ sign.
I took my daughter to Dental Depot in BA for her first dental visit ever and she loved the trains! The staff was nice and the facility very clean. I'm considering using Dental Depo for myself as well!
My front veneer came off while eating at the mall on a Saturday afternoon my husband googled and found Dental Depot I called and they agreed to see me. The staff , dental assistants, and Dentsist were so kind and helpful and he saved my Valentine's Day I was able to go out to eat with my husband that night . So very thankful to all of them and will definitely go back!
The whole experience was pleasant. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the assistants to the dentist himself, all friendly, good spirited people. Especially for a Saturday. The root canal and crown went very well. The cost was significantly less than some other dentists I've been to in the past. Finally I have found a dentist I can go back to without feeling robbed.
Dental Depot employees go out of their way to be friendly and make sure that I'm comfortable. The dentist takes his time and answers any questions I have in ways that I can understand. I love going here.
