Very poor gym just few machines and the lady told me that I'm only allowed 20senconds on each machine....... it was like what type of workout is that ??!?!? very small space no shower no sauna ..... not worth the money at all .....
Absolutely love this location. The staff is fantastic. Friendly, encouraging and helpful. They have everything you need to get healthy and lose weight. Great circuit training, Zumba classes and Jillian Michaels workout several times a day. The members are also great. Love how they give back to the community with Christmas drives.
