RecommendedIt took me awhile to join but now it's my go to "happy" place. Love these workouts. Have met so many awesome women. This is the best workout for women. ❤️

I love this Curves!!! The owner Carlene is awesome. She is very personable and always makes sure everyone is using the equipment properly to get the maximum benefits. I also enjoy the other ladies that attend and the ladies that work with Carlene. I joined in January and am glad I did.
The ladies at the Curves on Louetta are awesome. I appreciate their help in learning how to use the machines correctly and how friendly they are with everyone.

My favorite place to workout is Curves! You get a 30 min. Complete body workout, including stretching of all those muscles afterward! An added bonus is being with some very friendly "girls" of all ages!! Carlene is the best owner ever!
