I started working out at curves years ago, I had to quit for awhile but I have been back for a few months ,And I love it, I love the new Monday workouts, And Diane and Jenn are the best ,Jennifer has helped me get into shape

Friendly staff, non-intimidating atmosphere. They always have fun things going on.
It's a fun place to work out and the instructors are a lot of fun and very helpful. It only takes 30 minutes and you get a great workout
