I have just started and I luv it! Joanne has been so helpful in showing me what to do. My only regret is not joining sooner.
I have been going to Curves since Feb 2011. The first 6 months My blood pressure medicine was cut in half. I added walking 3 miles a day and after 1 year of Curves totally taken off blood presssure medicine. To date I have lost a total of 28 lbs size 9/10 feel great. Getting toned now 60 is the new 40.
