I really like the place, the atmosphere is friendly starting with the coaches and their style of training. I have gone at different hours and week days, whatever works and like all the ladies I see, and discovered some longtime friends attend too. Wish I had started years ago.
It is the greatest. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff are with you every step of the way! Its like having a personal trainer.
I loved going to Curves in Fresno, I wish they had one in Selma or Reedley or Sanger, !!! Every one was nice.
