Marina is wonderful . Unfortunately the other staff member is extremely rude and totally unprofessional. She definitely needs attitude adjustment. I would never recommend or return.

I joined Curves 1 week ago.I have been so immobile since my hip replacement and broken femur 3 weeks later. After 2 weeks I am feeling so much more limber, and can even reach down to tie my right sneaker. I havent had that much mobility in many months. I cant wait to seeand feel better in the coming months. thanx Curves

I had been a Curves member in Oregon for many years, but my local franchises closed. I joined Curves Seminole in February, and it has been terrific. Great coaches, great group of women, and great workouts. I just returned from helping my parents move from a house they had been in for 52 years into a two-bedroom apartment, and I did lots of packing, carrying, and unpacking, including moving 50 cartons of books back and forth and back again! Leg strength AND arm strength made all the difference!
Best gym around!
So much more personal than the large gyms. Lots of individual attention and great, straightforward workout! Love ya, Sherry!
