A wonderfull place to feel better about yourself after a workout
It is great to work out on a regular basis as I go the the hospital every day to visit my sister.
Had a greay workout today, getting better every day
Curves staff is amazing. They encourage, teach, and nurture each individual. I never feel down when I leave. So every workout is a good one. The machines are easy to use, and the music is fun. All the ladies are super nice, too. I've boosted my endurance, toned up, and feel better since joining.
When I saw my endocrinologist last week, she said I had lost 10 lbs & my BMI was 20. She said I was a testament to Curves!! Thank you everybody for your help.
Love Curves NRH! I have loved the workout since 2006 when I first joined a club in CO but the staff at NRH is especially great!
Definitely a great work out love the complete program. Excited to get healthy and get to my goal. Love the positive and happy people there. This was totally worth it.
