Curves NRH is the best! The staff is wonderful and I have met some really amazing ladies who have encouraged me through the years.
I love everything about Curves (North Richland Hills), from the friendly, helpful staff to the efficient, well designed work out machines! Add to that the amazing, friendly women who go there, and it is 30 minutes of fun while strengthening your body and improving your health! Keep up the great work Curves (North Richland Hills.)

Friends come workout with me at Curves! I can get you a buddy pass so you can try it. After 5 years of closing my Basswood Curves I started working out at the Curves in NRH. I didn't realize how much I've missed it. It's a fun, full body and cardio workout. In just two days of working out I feel energized and inspired!
