RecommendedI have been a member since 2007. At 65 it has kept me fit and feeling strong and I don’t feel 65. It helps you age with strong bones and prevent diseases. I don’t know if it is good genes or working out that has prevented things like high blood pressure and or high cholesterol. Love my curve workouts.
