Great workout place. Meet new gals and get in shape
Its great! I go as often as I can--usually five days a week. I enjoy the camaraderie with all of the other women.
Love the different classes offered! Zumba is the best and tried the boxing today. A great way to exercise for 30 minutes and Monday night hour Zumba
New owner , new ideas ,beautiful workout gals , noticeable body changes , love going with the early birds.
