RecommendedJoin me MWF at Curves Wells Branch for a super safe and fun place to stay fit during these trying times. Schedule a one hour appointment by phone. Only a limited number of ladies are allowed to work per time slot and safe distancing is mandated. Masks are REQUIRED and temperature is CHECKED upon arrival. Machines, counters, mats and the restroom is cleaned after each appointment. So, what are you waiting for?
RecommendedCurves is a great place to exercise in a doable amount of time working all muscle groups and is a great place to meet interesting people and make new friends. Sudha does a wonderful job watching out for us, making sure we are doing the exercises correctly, and getting the most benefit for our bodies. Love it!
