RecommendedHere, no one hugs a machine. Everyone moves when "Change Station" is called out. All the ladies and the staff are all very friendly. The staff knows everybody and greets them by their first names as they arrive. Love it here.
RecommendedI like Curves circuit, cardio and stretching program. It is easy and no pressure work out that showed SUCCESS. I j oined Curves Eagle Rock 3rd week of August, 2018 and lost 11 lbs. I feel confident with my appearance. I feel beautiful in and out. HEALTH IS WEALTH.
The staff are kind, funny and keep you motivated! The studio is always clean and has lots of diet and exercise tips posted on the walls. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. So glad to be here.

I am very satisfied with the classes and the hours, I had always had a hard time keeping up consistency in my work outs but with Curves the many different classes and hours made it easy. Michelle is such a good motivator during the work outs that makes it more fun. The best way to invest in your health !
