Curves is Good for the Old Gals as Well as the Young. I am 65 and have some physical limitations. Curves is perfect for me. Altho I have not been able to go on a regular basis, due to physical problems, I know I have gotten stamina and gained strength by doing the workouts as often as possible. Curves is a good value for the money and I love the staff at Planz. They are so helpful and friendly.
Good at first - then gets boring This is a great place to start an exercise program, especially if its been years since you've exercised. However once you actually start getting into shape it becomes boring and not challenging enough.
curves for women It is awesome to have a gym stricty for women in town, I don't believe there are any others like it in Bakersfield. My friend talked me into joining with her and I love it. I feel like I get the best workout I could. The personal trainers are the best around in my opinion.
women's gym My girlfriend loves this gym. She tells me about their workouts all the time and they seem really cool. It is designed just for women. I know she does not pay a ton of money either, she goes with all of her friends and they all enjoy it.

curves I tried this once with a friend and loved it. It is designed for women and the session lasts around 30 minutes or so, so it does not take up a big chunk out of your day. From what I saw the prices werent so bad for this great program.
Curves For Women fo Bakersfield I have been a member of Curves for 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. I think it is a very nominal fee for a great exercise program! They are conveniently located in 5 locations in Bakersfield. The best part about Curves is that it is only a 30 minute workout and women of all shapes and sizes go there.
