I have been a member for a while at this club. Some women you just can't make happy. Everyone I have dealt with at Curves in Santee has been overly nice and helpful. The owner is amazing and works with everyone. She gives so much respect and affection to all of her members and staff. If you want results in your health and weight loss this is the best place to go! I had a very bad experience with the owner of this club. After paying for a year in mid-April 2012, she changed her hours in June, and I asked for a cancellation or deferment. She did not respond until late October after I had written 2 letters, and she granted my deferment in a phone conversation. However, when I came in to work out the next time, I discovered the hours had not changed back, so I was unable to continue.
