RecommendedThis is the best workout for every age and ability. Full body work, aerobic, toning, stretching and the nicest women to be found anywhere! 30 minutes of doing something just for myself! The added bonus of seeing smiling faces wishing you a good day, is just icing on the cake!!!
I've met some very nice people. I've also learned the exercises I was doing don't compare to any of this.
I love curves coaches are right there for any thing you need. since i been going i feel great about myself more energy this is not just a gym it's more health, nutrition and more so friendly and cares about each lady that walks in the door. i love the coaches there Sally is amazing, one big happy group of ladies So ladies check it out you will wish you did it much sooner love my curves in Lockport

I have been going since September , 2017 after years of doing nothing, have more energy, and those 5 gallon gas cans I lift for snowmobiles and lawn mower aren't that heavy anymore.
It’s a great place to go, lots of very nice people helping each other out. I recommend it to everyone!😊
A great place to go and exercise but also a great place to meet friendly people and do a little chatting....very homey.....love it!
