Great place! A simple (in concept) work-out that's effective and fun. I've always belonged to typical gyms, but struggled with what body part to work on, do I add weights? change seat? am i working hard enough? Curves takes all that mental stress out of the equation so I don't talk myself out of the workout. I just show up, do the circuit twice, only takes half hour. I do use the Smart program which shows me calories burned and lets me know I'm working hard enough.. though sometimes I just want the conversation with the gals... read more
