Stress-Free Workout! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this gym. The circuit workout is very effective, and eliminates the wasted time spent looking for an available machine (and trying to figure out how to use it!). I also loved being in an all-women's gym, there was none of the "meat-market" mentality you run into at coed gyms!
