South Salem Curves is great! In addition to friendly and personable staff, I appreciate the attention they give to make it a clean and fun place to work out. The Jillian classes are a great kicker to liven up our regular circuit workouts too. Love the brand new machines! Curves has become part of my week day routine and I'm thrilled with the results--I've lost 40 pounds in 5 months on the Curves Complete program. Just show up, do the work and you'll get the results!
South Salem Curves is the best. The owners and staff are very welcoming...the meal plan and workouts are excellent...coaching is great and I feel like myself again!

I"m a Curves owner in Boise, Idaho and wish Sharon and I were neighboring gyms. I would do my workouts there and have her coach me. It always pays to have someone watch your form and I totally trust her.
So much personal help. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are there to help you achieve your goals. I have been going to 3 different Curves over the last 10 years and this has been the very best experience of all. Loving Curves!!!!
I LOVE going here. I just started few months ago, but am already feeling so much better. It doesn't take much time from my busy day. The ladies who work here are fantastic; they are so very supportive and friendly. The ladies who I have worked out with are very nice and friendly too. Great place to go.

South Salem Curves management is so dedicated to their members. I love this place. I feel safe, welcome, and know that I'll get the best and newest workout advice available. Their "new" location is fresh, welcoming, sqeeky clean, with awesome machines. The management is professional, friendly, non-judgemental and extremely helpful. If there were five stars to give, I'd give it six!
