I'm a Curves fan! Curves has added some flavor to the circuit with classes that include arms, core and legs toning, body blast (cardio), boxing, power flex (balance) and circuit Zumba! You decide what's right for you. And if you want even more challenge, you can add Curves Smart. It is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Check in with LaWanda for more info. You just need 30 minutes to have a feel good day!
I always feel good after a workout. Physically as well as emotionally. There are a great bunch of ladies to exercise along side.

LaWanda makes this Curves a great place to go!! She is so kind,patient, and laughs along with me at my ineptness in remembering what to do at each station!! I have had seven surgeries in two years and really needed a safe, non threatening place to get moving again! This is it!!!!! Please join us!!!
