This Curves came into my life at just the right time and place. It works!
Never thought I would do something like this but I just passed workout #100 and it feels great. Rene is so encouraging and the ladies are so friendly. Love the Rocketts that workout @ 11:00, what a great bunch. I never wanted to go somewhere that everyone had a string up their butt (sorry), but no one judges you here. Everyone greets you with a big "HI" when you come in and "SEE YA" when you leave. I've met some wonderful ladies here and look forward to going every day.
Yes I was just at Curves yesterday, and again today, and it is a wonderful feeling to be back and I felt so good when my workout was done. If you have never been to a Curves, you should really give it a try, it's a wonderful experience and the people are so very professional and nice, I totally enjoy my time at Curves and would recommend it to anyone who wants to better your health and have fun at the same time to come and join us.
I always enjoy my workouts at Curves. The ladies there are so funny, we keep each other laughing. Our fearless leader Rene Birch is awesome!
I joined Curves on Nellis and Valley View last August. Not only is the program good, but Renee and all the people under her supervision are incredibly supportive. And Renee makes the experience so much fun! I already hit my weight goal!
