I give 5 stars because this place offers a lot. Just no smoking in units which sucks. And also roaches everywhere. No place to live when you have to clean everyday. But if you are on disability and need a place, you'll settle for this place. In my opinion this place is great for elderly and college students. Maybe break the wall in the 100 sq. foot studios and make them 200 sq. feet. Do not live here!! The rent price may be reasonable but you'll regret stepping foot in the building. There are many problems in the building. For a starter the hallways are dirty and smell badly no matter how long the cleaning people spend cleaning it. Secondly the whole building has a monstrous infestation of roaches, bed bugs, and possibly maggots. Some of the residents are off their rocker and may cause disturbances to other residents.
