Lived here almost a year and might renew for another; it’s clean, quiet, and adequate. The location is excellent, the price per square foot isn’t bad, and the management is responsive. It was an easy move-in. It’s just pretty basic: no frills, dedicated parking, or amenities. The neighbors respect your privacy. Laundry room with washers and dryers, things don’t “disappear” from the mail room, but some people in the building smoke so you might catch the scent every once in a while.
