It was 95+ degrees out a couple of Sundays ago and I was sweating and had no AC. I called Curtis Total Service around 130pm and they were at my house by 2:30 and the ac was up and running by 3:30. They explained the details of the estimate to me and I signed off on them doing the work. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service this morning by Curtis Total Service. Repaired toilet and they were polite and clean. I will use them in the future again for their plumbing.
Curtis Total Service did a great job on a few plumbing repairs I needed done recently. They replaced a few facuets in my tubs and sink. All the work was quoted upfront and there was no hidden fees. I was very happy with the service and will use them again.
I went into the basement to find that we had a leaking water heater. I looked online and found Curtis Total Service. I called them that morning and my water heater was replaced that same afternoon with a water heater he had on his truck. Great Service.
We always had very good service from Curtis Total Service. Our bill was as expected because a replacement part was needed. I also had a concern about airflow and he offered a very acceptable solution and quoted price. I was very satisfied with service.
We had a plumbing emergency on a Monday morning and We called Curtis Total Service to help. They worked for a couple hours and did a video pipe inspection of my pipe. What they found and showed me on the video was a badly damaged pipe with tree roots causing the back up into the home. The plumber explained to me the process of work that would need to be done so this wouldn’t occur again. Curtis installed a new water softener for me and it works great. My wife and have noticed a different already. They were able to explain the features of the softener and how to use it. I feel like we got our moneys worth and I'm a very happy customer.
I requested an appointment for a routine AC cleaning and inspection before the summer started. They arrived in the afternoon. The tenchnician was extremely helpful and polite. He assured me that everything was running smoothly and we shouldn’t have any problems this summer. My wife liked that they didn't leave a mess anywhere and wore little booties in the house to not track anything on the floors. I am happy to say that we have had no issues all summer with the air conditioning.
A few weeks ago my AC unit stopped working. It must have quit over night because the house was warm in the morning. I called Curtis Total Service because I signed up for the Gold Card Progrma in the fall. They came to my house smae day because I get priority service. I also received 15% off on the repair that they were able to fix that same day. I renewed my contract for next year and my house was cool for when the kiddies came home :)
