Dr. Powell is a great doctor when you’re able to see him. From our experience though, he frequently cancels & reschedules your appointment the day of, just hours before arrival. As someone who doesn’t live in or around Owasso, having to plan ahead in both time, and gas to make the trip to see him, only to be turned away as he left early for the day, or to be told your appointment needs to be rescheduled mere hours before your supposed to arrive, is incredibly disappointing & unprofessional. Dr. Carrico @ Urologic Specialists is nothing short of amazing! I had been a patient for years with another practice without any improvement. I wasted a lot of time and had plenty of anguish going through one procedure after another without any improvement. I’d read about Dr. Carrico and how good he is— he’s even better than that. He evaluated my issue, and ONE procedure later it was resolved. I am extremely satisfied. Don’t waste your time, money and hopes on other urologist’s!
My hubby has horrible experience to just try to get appt. with Dr Padolini. The scheduling agents never answer the phone we have been on hold for 20-30 mins an give up, he doesn't want to use the portal. The same experience with trying to talk to a nurse an they won't do auto refills for an RX. He texts an they dont respond or their system is down. If he goes in without appointment, they have turned him away even for labs. Guess its time to find another Dr for this, one that will respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
