I requested an estimate to replace my roof. Kirk Scannell the owner came out. He said he would prepare an estimate. He called me later to ask a few more questions and said he was working on the estimate. I never heard from him again. He wasted my time.
After a tear off and install by Curtis Pacific Roofing some problems came to light about a year afterwards. A representative came to inspect them & said that they would be back to correct them. NO ONE EVER CAME BACK OR RETURNED A CALL OR ANYTHING!! I learned after contacting another roofing company that it wasn't installed correctly. I have already filed a complaint with the state contracting licensing board. Do not use this company, my roof still has 9 years left on it's warranty that they will not honor.
We had Curtis Pacific Roofing put a roof on my mother inlaws roof. The skylight had blown off because they did not screw the skylight on. Needs to say rhey said they were responsible and the would replace it. Kurt the owner avoided our phone calls giving us the run around. We had to file with small claims court. And kurt finally called me and wanted to settle with out going to court.We had to order the skylight and have it put on our selfs. So if you choose to us them I hope you dont have any reason for them to come back out... read more
