My husband was scheduled to have a Cardiac MRI but someone in our Surgeons office neglected to get prior auth for the procedure; this was very disheartening to hear because we had traveled from NY early because we had the appointment scheduled. After hearing about our predicament (since we were noticeably upset), Shonnel, who is the manager of the scheduling department, went above and beyond trying to resolve the issue. Absolutely fabulous. Dr. Karim is amazing. So thankful to her for seeing my grandson and doing surgery on his amputated finger all on the same day. Thank You So Much Josh is forever grateful
I had a wonderful visit with my doctor for my hands examinations. It was Very nice to meet him. It was such a pleasant experience and I felt very comfortable in his care. His technician was also amazing. I felt when I left there that I had the knowledge needed to what we need to do next. I look forward to working with the team to make my hands better.
