My daughter had hand surgery with Dr. James P. Higgins. Dr. Higgins and his team are awesome. They took the time to explain and listen to my daughter’s concerns and did such a wonderful job with the surgery. The team called to check on her and was so excited to see her for her follow up. If you or someone you know needs hand surgery, go see Dr. Higgins for care, and excellent results!
If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. I injured my hand 4 days ago at work. I have been getting the run around since it is a workers comp case. I was told they needed an authorization form before scheduling. It was emailed and also faxed to the hand center. They were still claiming that they never received the form. Today, I was notified that Jeanie/Genie is in charge of workers comp cases and has been out for a family emergency. I had surgery with MedStar Hand Specialists and had an amazing experience from start to finish. They repaired my nerve graft, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Zimmerman and his entire team provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was professional, kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend MedStar Hand Specialists to anyone needing expert hand care.
They have the best doctors and staff. They all work for each patients special needs.
I was there today for my husband hand check,they srvice from front desk to the doctor blows me way,very respectful and professional from Dorothy to Rebeca,Kethy,and DR Harris extremely helpful, never experienced any thing like this in Hospitals in America,God blas You all.Highly recommended.
