The radiation technicians are always pleasant, professional, and do a great job of making me feel comfortable. The physicians keep me well informed of the process.
I was very impressed that Dr Mack reviewed my chart before our first visit. He took the time, explained everything and answered my questions.
The entire staff at Arizona Oncology is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Claims are always properly filed, appointments are easy to schedule and the care you receive is second to none. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Mack and I feel very fortunate to be under his care.
He is the best at explaining procedures and expected results. And he loves Weimaraner dogs.
The down to earth friendliness, warmth and understanding of how I, as the patient, felt while he explained the course of action, was greatly appreciated.
Dr. Mack made us feel comfortable and he explained everything to my husband and myself for what to expect at every phase of the treatment. He is kind and polite, he addresses our questions thoroughly and advises us on what to do during the radiation treatments.
Blunt and to the point, yet very personable with a good sense of humor. Gave me ninety minutes of his time! It is not unusual for different doctors to tell you different things; I trust Dr. Mack's treatment plan.

I felt a little nervous regarding my first visit to meet the scary “Medical Oncologist - DOCTOR!” Dr. Mack has a “magical bed side manner approach.” He quickly put me at ease and he made me LAUGH OUT LOUD so hard my stomach hurt! It sure felt GOOD to laugh with him. Having a CANCER diagnosis can be frightening. He also gave me some SHOCKING information and he again quickly put me at ease. I feel like he and his support staff will be by my side walking through my cancer treatments!
