I called because my new construction home had water dripping from the gutters above my porch creating lots of ice. I was told by the builder/listing agent to clean the gutters. Denny called back right away and was at my door that day. He showed me the cause of my issue with pictures (gutters were not flush and a pierced piece of gutter) and explained everything that could be done.
